Title:	General Application: Home Health Aide (apply online)
Description:	Responsible to provide extended hour (full 8-12 hr shifts) of home care for children and young adults who have special medical problems. Ensure competent and safety of home health care services. Implement Caregivers Network policy and procedure in the home. Fulfill additional performance obligations as assigned and as necessary. Promote effective written and verbal communication with client, other staff members, Caregivers Network administration, as well as other member of the health care team while maintaining client privacy. Promote positive client/ Caregivers Network relationship. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently. Display professionalism in the workplace. Participate in ongoing and special performance improvement activities and relevant education for personal and professional growth and development.
